Cosy hotel, friendly staff, good service, comfy bed, centrally located.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, coming to fix the bathroom and explaining the air conditioning remote. They spoke English which was really helpful. The location was ideal, as it was a short walk from the train station and close to the Chinese district and port. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, considering the number of fellow guests checking in. The bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was simple but fresh.

This hotel absolutely exceeded all my expectations during my city trip. the location was fantastic as it was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all of the surrounding attractions by foot. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring.

Located near a train station and a bustling shopping street, this hotel is convenient for exploring the area. Everything you need is within walking distance, including sights such as the Kobe Tower and Harbour. the room and bathroom size are on the smaller side, but the bed is comfortable. Service from the friendly staff is prompt and helpful. Breakfast is simple but tasty, with fresh options available.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year's Eve celebrations and we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and festivities. Additionally, the breakfast offering was simple but satisfying and the coffee was quite good.

The bathroom was incredibly small and made for a cramped experience. We also found the room to be quite basic and lacking in amenities. we felt that the price was slightly too high for the facilities offered.
